Doğuş Automotive Services and Trading Inc., the leading distributor in Turkey for the SEAT&Cupra brand, is seeking a SEAT&Cupra Filo Sales Representative to join the Sales Department.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from engineering or Economics and Administrative Sciences faculties of universities.
• Maximum 3 year of experience in similar positions.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills and persuasive abilities.
• Outgoing, energetic, dynamic, and solution-oriented.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Willingness to travel.
• Holds a valid Class B driver's license.

• Develop strategies in line with the company's Filo sales targets.
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay updated on best practices in Filo management.
• Analyze the existing Filo customer portfolio in detail.
• Identify potential customers and expand the Filo customer base.
• Provide special solutions and packages by understanding customer needs.
• Set Filo sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Manage the process of achieving targets in collaboration with sales teams.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and consider feedback.
• Supervise and monitor the performance of the Filo sales team.
• Regularly report Filo sales performance.
• Continuously improve sales strategies through data analysis.
• Support Filo sales activities with marketing strategies.
• Manage marketing communication effectively for potential customers.
• Keep track of technological tools and systems used for Filo management.
• Optimize business processes by adapting to innovative technologies.
