QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an “Junior Customer Services Associate” to be in our HQ in Altunizade. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
- Following and supervising the entire operational process from order entry to delivery,
- Developing projects by analyzing possible opportunities or problems from order to delivery,
- Creating additional order requests so that customer orders can be planned and vehicle occupancy is ensured,
- Sending the product as much as the order quantity to the external warehouses to increase the availability of the products to the customers,
- Making periodic customer visits,
- Allocation of stocks according to company strategy,
- Examining return invoices from chain stores, querying returns without entry and forwarding invoices to relevant departments,
- Making order scheduling and order frequencies suitable for optimum planning,
- Measuring activity shipment performances and determining the reasons for non-dispatchment and creating development plans,
- Requesting changes in production plans according to customer needs by following production plans closely.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related departments of universities,
- Min. 3 years of experience in the transportation departments,
- Good command negotiation skills,
- Preferably able to use SAP,
- Good command of MS Office programs,
- Preferably, good command of English,
- Likes to be in the operation and on the field, dynamic, high follow-up ability,
- Lives/can live in İstanbul,
- Completed military service (for male candidates)
