We are looking for International Planning and Allocation Specialist.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in the retail sector),
• Proficiency in English,
• Knowledge and experience in using MS Office tools, especially Excel,
• Customer and result-oriented,
• Advanced analytical thinking skills,
• High risk awareness,
• No transportation issue to Mecidiyeköy location.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Product Planning

· Organizing weekly meetings with country managers to undertand the needs of countries

· Contacting category team for the product needs of countries based on capacity and sales trends

· Following products quantities coming to the central and bonded warehouses in line with targets

· Ensuring that the supplied products are distributed by targetted ratio between the sales channels ( domestic and international)

· Ensuring completion of missing quantities of international warehouse from domestic warehouse

• Order Management & Allocation

· Conducting capacity studies in coorparate sales channels for proper product management

· Determining initial allocation and RPT orders by making sales-stock analyses

· Allocating limited stocks to countries properly in order to maximize availability

· Optimizing stores inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs

· Ensuring quantity and value checks for orders in line with the targets

· Making system entries for shipment orders and sharing orders with relevant parties according to shipment schedule.

· Arranging orders and shipments from distribution centers in countries to the stores based on warehouse and store capacities

• New Store Openings

· Following new store openings schedule

· Preparing capacity and product mix of new stores

· Preparing first order of new stores and supporting store openings on time

KPI

· Reporting and monitoring monthly export sales budget vs actual sales

· Making monthly shipment plans, and monitoring them, taking actions to reach export shipment and sales targets

· Following weekly retail and export shipment performance reports

· Conducting and reporting monthly aging studies on central and bonded warehouses

· Taking actions for aging products.(campaign planning, transfer to domestic warehouse etc…)

· Following stock on days quantities on central & bonded warehouses, country DCs and stores.

· Taking actions for the high stock level categories on the stores ( transfer shipment between stores, campaign planning etc…)

· Taking an active role on implementation of new planning and allocation software and making necessary improvements on the tool to support business needs.
