Would you like to work with us as a "Production Engineer (Assembly)" ?

 Which competences do we expect? 

•  Bachelor Degree with a strong academic achievement in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
•  0 - 3 years of working experience on assembly line (production experience is prioritised)
•  Knowledge of Lean Production Methods & Ergonomy
•  Knowledge of MTM  & VSM is a plus
•  Fluent in English - both verbal and written
•  Behaves in an honest and consistent manner
•  High attention to detail and accuracy, takes responsibility
•  Strong problem analysis and decision making skills
•  Good planning and prioritization skills
•  Effective communication skills, prone to teamwork 
•  Male candidates must have completed military service

What will be your responsibilities and duties?

• Layout and headcount planning of production lines / investments, 
• Implements of new and various production technologies equipments and machines to improve lines efficiency
• Monitors productivity and efficiency of assembly lines
• Analysis & improvs time studies, MTM(Methods & Time measurement) analysis and line balancing
• Makes ergonomic analyses and improves the situation.
• Makes process management (SOP)
• Process improvement / project management (kaizen, 5s, time study)
• Responsible for waste reduction
